Xxx30 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between xxx30 and all of its registered members.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. We will notify registered members of any changes via email or platform notification before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

1.2 Language & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bangla, but the binding legal document is in English. In the event of any dispute, the English version takes precedence. We always strive to provide an accurate and clear Bangla translation.

When registering with xxx30, you must provide accurate and complete information. xxx30 reserves the right to close any account at any time if it was registered using false or incomplete details.

2.1 Registration Process

• Your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number must all be filled in accurately.
• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• After registering, click the verification link sent to your email to activate your account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.

2.2 KYC Verification Process

Xxx30 complies with international anti-money laundering laws, making identity verification mandatory for all accounts. To complete KYC, please submit one of the following government-issued IDs:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

• All bets are accepted automatically provided your account has sufficient balance.
• Xxx30 reserves the right to void or limit any bet, particularly in cases of system errors or unusual activity.
• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Live betting odds change in real time; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.

3.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a match or event is cancelled or not rescheduled within 36 hours, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For live bets, if the match is abandoned before half-time, the bet will be voided.

3.3 Maximum and Minimum Bet Limits

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (BDT ten)
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and market.
• The maximum single-bet win is generally ৳5,00,000 (BDT five hundred thousand).
• Maximum winnings limits for accumulator bets apply separately.

3.4 Betting Fraud

Match fixing, arbitrage betting, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (BDT two hundred)
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000 (BDT 200,000).

The following terms apply to all xxx30 bonus and promotion offers. Proven abuse of any bonus may result in account termination.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a welcome bonus at a set rate on their first deposit.
• To receive the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once per member.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The deadline for meeting wagering requirements is stated separately for each offer.
• Winnings from free bets are also subject to wagering requirements.

5.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Registering with false information
• If you attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts
• If bonus terms are violated
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account
